Went in for my radiator fans running on high I brought it in after work so they weren’t able to do anything that day I left the car and Bill told me he’d call me with news turns out I had a leak in my radiator they replaced the radiator and a couple other miscellaneous items my truck runs great now and will definitely be back for future repairs and services

Dropped off on Thursday evening. No envelopes at drop.off but keys had a prior service tags with name. Had called to schedule and explained what needed checked. Tried Friday and Saturday to call but only got "leave a message". I did no one responded. Finally reached someone late Saturday to be told they had done nothing because they didn't know who had left the truck. Couldn't read the name on the service tag???? Finally got truck back Tuesday evening. It is a busy time on TBE farm and the delay in getting service was unacceptable!

I took my 2015 Chevy Silverado to Coughlins because the battery kept dying on me. This indicated a draw on the battery from somewhere. Rob Huffman and the Service Techs worked on this problem and they persevered and solved the problem and got me back on the road. Fantastic job to everyone in the Service Department. I was in for an oil change last week which went great as always. The very next day my car broke down and I had it towed to COUGHLIN. My power steering seals busted. I have a 830 credit score and putting down 25,000 cash I asked her to shop around to find me the best rate and she got very defensive about it and pushed really hard for me to go with fifth third banking after I ask her multiple times to shop my credit she agreed and then sent over another woman “Jodi Bell ” and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. If I hadn’t ordered this truck 5 months prior and had been waiting on it I would have walked out but I stayed hooked and bought the truck. I will never return there ever and will most definitely tell anyone that will listen about my experience and highly Recommend no one ever go to the Circleville dealership ever

Thank you for your email. My experience with Joe Falon was excellent. He is a great guy, who was recommended by a friend who also purchased a car from him. However, the actual financing/purchase of the truck was far less than optimal unfortunately. The truck I wanted was at the Circleville dealership and was brought to Pataskala. I arrived at the dealership shortly after 1:30 PM and began my test drive about 1:50 and did not leave the dealership till nearly 7:00. For over 3 hours I sat waiting for the Circleville Dealership to complete the paperwork for the loan. This is with Joe making multiple calls and the Pataskala Manager having to call their manager to find out why this was taking so long and to light a fire under someone. I never spoke to one person during the financing process to help me understand the actual purchase price or any of the paper work I signed. It was to go through GM Financial and ended up with a credit union. Had I known, I could have gone with Wright Patt Credit Union where I am a member and have financed a vehicle prior. I had to produce proof that I was a current GM owner for several rebates that I don't even know if they were applied since it wasn't done through GM Financial :(. I was also told the vehicle came with the full bumper to bumper warranty, and there is absolutely ZERO information in the documents I signed that shows I have any warranty at all. There is also a pretty good sized dent in the drivers side door that was not disclosed that I found this morning. Personally, I would NOT purchase a vehicle from the Circleville dealership if this is common practice. As a customer, I believe that financing should be permitted at any of your dealerships regardless of where the vehicle comes from...you are all one company. Also, the gentleman I spoke with regarding purchasing a service contract, was more than a little irritated when I declined and had a not so nice comeback when I declined. Many thanks to Joe, but the rest was quite disappointing.

During the July 2025 heatwave, after an on-the-road alternator failure (at 164,000 mi.) on my Buick Enclave and a tow truck ride, the alternator and serpentine belt were replaced at another repair shop. It took them 2 days to get a diagnosis and parts and another day to complete the repair. When I picked up the car, the AC was blowing HOT air from all vents no matter where the controls were set. I asked the shop manager about it and was told it was a separate repair. If I wanted it fixed, I would get another diagnosis and estimate and so on... Well. I drove my Buick home, windows down, and scheduled an appointment with Caughlin GM in Circleville, OH. They had always done good work for me in the past. On a Saturday, they scheduled me for a Monday morning appointment. Within an hour they had a diagnosis and estimate on repairs to correct the problem. They corrected a problem with a plug that was disconnected and got AC working for all but drivers side vents. We closed those and I drove the car home. They had to order a part. I brought the car back to Caughlin the next morning and the part to repair the AC was installed in less than 2 hours. I am back to normal driving again in my car. They understood that I had no other means of transportation and respected the value of my time while they worked to minimize the time I would be stuck in the repair shop waiting. I really appreciate that. I plan to schedule my front disk brakes and rotor repair in the next week at Coughlin GM. I pay a little more for some repairs. But, I think it is worth it because they have earned my trust and confidence in their service commitment to their customers. Thanks Coughlin GM, Circleville, OH team!

I dealt with Paul on my vehicle repair and service. There was a minor issue with the extended warranty repair, Paul kept me informed on what was going on and I feel went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’m very satisfied with the service I was given on this visit. I have dealt with this dealership for several years now and I can’t remember last time I had a service that I wasn’t pleased with. When there has been little issues in the past I feel that the guys on service always made sure it was taken care of and that I was happy.

I like dealing with the GMC service department. They have always done a good job what ever service I've done. One time I complained about oil on the engine after an oil change. It's never happened again. I think they do a good job & we continue to have are vehicles there.

Professional and courteous

The actual service on the vehicle was fine, but I had an 11am appointment and the vehicle wasn't taken back until around 11:50, and was complete until 1:00. This is completely unacceptable and only caused by Coughlin overbooking themselves instead of spacing the appointments out. I normally have good experience with your service department, but this is the second time I've had this happen. It happened a few months ago when I brought my F450 in for service at the Ford store.

I live 25 miles away so it is 100 miles of driving for me and my wife to drop off the vehicle. I had an appointment at 11:30 and didn’t get out of dealership until 2:30 not blaming service advisor Paul Lynch he’s great but 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable not enough techs or service people obviously need to do better😫

My chevy bolt I recently perchance has lost over 60 miles of range from 247 to 179 right after I purchased it. Dealer said update would fix the problem. After updates nothing changed. I wouldn't have bought a car with under 200 miles of range.

Everything went smooth as far as the recall on my 2023 Tahoe. However i am not sure i agree that we should be responsible for the 200 to 250 oil changes for the life of the vehicle. This was not our fault and now we have to pay over double for PM's. This was a GM issue and should get penalized for it.

It's unbelievable the price of service. There was a $50 price jump on getting ny oil changed. That's awful.

CC fee is tough. I use your services for a company vehicle and don't have any other option but to use a CC. Getting hit with the additional fee is starting to push me to find other alternatives.

A bit of waiting on parts but to be expected. A computer module went out and with diagnostic time and parts delivery all went well, then a second problem was diagnosed and parts ordered and repairs timeline was great

The service rep, Paul, was very personable and pleasant. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me get what I needed for my Malibu. And I especially appreciated the discount coupon I had received from Coughlin that really helped when the price of everything is going up!

Rob was incredibly helpful and kind. He assured me that staff would take good care of my vehicle and offered me a rental immediately. He put me in a 26 Buick and it was beautiful. I will never return to Chillicothe as their staff was rude, took advantage of me and offered to “rig” up my car. I will return to circleville time and again. I am very grateful for Rob and Coughlin Circleville.
